WHO WE ARE
Our home is a place where tradition and family heritage meet hospitality and a passion for gastronomy. Our hotel-restaurant is a tribute to Angèle, my grandmother. Angèle could be the grandmother of us all, with her unconditional love, her secret recipes and her special way of making us feel at home with a simple dish, which is why we want to pay tribute to her name, reinforcing our past with passion.
Our mission is to recreate the warmth and charm of the culinary experiences our grandmothers shared with their loved ones. Our menu is made up of fresh, seasonal ingredients, highlighting the authentic flavours of the Aveyron region. We also aim to highlight the wine-making traditions of Marcillac Vallon. Each dish is a carefully revisited celebration of the rich heritage of this land, but also a tribute to those endearing figures who taught us to appreciate life’s little pleasures.

Our rooms are inspired by Angèle’s six favourite flowers. They have inspired their names, their decoration and their nature, giving each of them the characteristics that make them different and unique.
Access to the hotel is via a grand period staircase. We do not have a lift.
Our rooms are all equipped with top-of-the-range bedding made from natural products. Our bedding offers ergonomic support and unrivalled comfort. For your greater well-being, all rooms have 2 types of pillow, one with soft comfort and the other firmer. The bed linen and towels are also luxury products, using Egyptian cotton called Giza. This cotton fibre is known for its extra-long fibres.
We can accept pets on request.

NOS ENGAGEMENTS
Our cuisine
We make it a point of honour to offer you quality products, seasonal products, products that showcase our local producers and our Aveyron region.
We go to the Rodez market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. If you’re interested, you can accompany Guillem and Zoé between 5.30 and 6.00 am.
The house
The renovation work took over a year and a half. The work was carried out by local craftsmen and small and medium-sized enterprises.
All the toilets in the house and the automatic watering system in the garden are fed by a rainwater recovery tank buried under the gravel.
The restaurant’s disposable towels are made from natural fibres such as cotton and are biodegradable. We wash them and reuse them for cleaning.
The bedrooms
Keeping your own towels and sheets throughout your stay saves over 6 litres of water a day.
See you soon…
